In einem der älteren Gebäude auf dem Campus der Aristoteles Universität in Thessaloniki ist auch eine Büste von Aristoteles zu finden. Auf der linken Seite sind der Name Ν. ΠΕΡΑΝΤΙΝΟΣ (N. Perantinos) und die Jahreszahl 1954 zu lesen, während auf der rechten ein Hinweis auf die Rektorin Μ. ΣΙΓΑΛΑ (M. Sigala) eingraviert ist.

Das neue Verwaltungsgebäude der Universität trägt den Namen des griechischen Mathematikers Constantin Caratheodory. Das abgebildete Hinweisschild steht vor dessen Haupteingang.

Obwohl das griechische Alphabet den Buchstaben 'C' nicht kennt, werden beide Namen mit ihm transskribiert (siehe den Text auf dem Grabstein).

Die Aufnahmen entstanden im September 2006.

In one of the older buildings at the campus of the Aristotle University in Thessaloniki also a bust of Aristotle can be found. On the left hand side the name Ν. ΠΕΡΑΝΤΙΝΟΣ (N. Perantinos) and the year 1954 are engraved while on the right there is a hint refering to the rector Μ. ΣΙΓΑΛΑ (M. Sigala).

The new administration building of the university is named after the Greek mathematician Constantin Caratheodory. The informal sign is placed near its main entrance.

Although the Greek alphabet doesn't contain the letter 'C' both names are written with it (see the text on the gravestone).
