Carl Gustav Jacob Jacobi is buried on the cemetery of the Dreifaltigkeits Church I in Berlin-Kreuzberg. On his grave with the identification DV2-SA-1T there is a small metal plaque provided by the community of interests Historical Cemeteries with the following text:
