Das Grabmal von Arthur Schoenflies auf dem Frankfurter Hauptfriedhof ist in der Nähe dessen nördlichen Grenze zum Neuen Jüdischen Friedhof in Gewann 14 (Nr. 4.03) angelegt. Den Grabstein ziert eine Grafik einer tetragonalen Bipyramide (heute auch unter der Bezeichnung "verlängertes Rhombendodekaeder" bekannt), eine Reminiszenz an A. Schoenflies' gruppentheoretische Beiträge zur Kristallografie (vergleiche: Kaemmel, Thomas: Arthur Moritz Schoenflies (1853-1928), Mathematiker, eine historische Darstellung, Forum der Berliner Mathematischen Gesellschaft Bd. 1, Berlin, Mai 2007, S. 6 - 18, ISBN 978-3-940170-01-9). Desweiteren sind die hier Bestatteten und deren Lebensdaten auf dem Grabstein genannt:

Die Namen von Arthur Schoenflies und dessen Gattin Emma sind in der Form ihrer Unterschriften eingraviert, der Name ihrer beider Tochter Eva in einfachen Druckbuchstaben. Hierbei bedeuten "a/W" an der Warthe und "a/M" am Main. Heutzutage liegt Landsberg a/W in Polen und trägt den Namen Gorzów Wielkopolski.

The grave of Arthur Schoenflies is located at the north-western edge of the main cemetery of Frankfort. There is a geometric figure at the top of the grave-stone, a reminiscence for the group-theoretic contributions to crystalography (cf. Kaemmel, Thomas: Arthur Moritz Schoenflies (1853-1928), Mathematiker, eine historische Darstellung, Forum der Berliner Mathematischen Gesellschaft vol. 1, Berlin, May 2007, p. 6 - 18, ISBN 978-3-940170-01-9). Underneath the figure the names, the dates and partially the places of there lifes are engraved:

The names of Arthur Schoenflies and his wife Emma are engraved as their signatures, while the name of their daughter Eva is written by simple letters. The symbols "a/W" and "a/M" mean on the Warta and on the Main respectively. Nowadays the city of Landsberg a/W lies in Poland and is called Gorzów Wielkopolski.
