Auf dem Friedhof Ascension Parish Burial Ground sind Frank Plumpton Ramsey und sein Vater Arthur Stanley Ramsey, der ebenfalls Mathematiker war, bestattet. Diesen Friedhof erreicht man von der Huntington Road aus wenn man in die All Souls Lane einbiegt, wo auch der Eingang liegt. In der Nähe des Eingangs ist auch eine Informationstafel zu finden, die auf Gräber bekannter Persönlichkeiten hinweist.

Auf dem gleichen Friedhof befinden sich auch die Gräber der Mathematiker John Couch Adams, Walter William Rouse Ball, Arthur Stanley Eddington, Horace Lamb, Henry Taylor und Ludwig Wittgenstein.

Die Grabinschrift ist schwierig entziffern und auf dem Foto gar nicht zu erkennen; sie lautet - hier ins Deutsche übersetzt:

Mary Agnes war Gattin von Arthur Stanley Ramsey und Mutter von Frank Plumpton Ramsey.

The grave of Frank Plumpton Ramsey and his father Arthur Stanley Ramsey who was also a mathematician is located on the cemetery Ascension Parish Burial Ground. The entrance of this cemetery can be found in the All Souls Lane which starts at Huntington Road. An information board near the entrance provides some hints for finding the graves of wellknown personages.

On the same cemetery the mathematicians John Couch Adams, Walter William Rouse Ball, Arthur Stanley Eddington, Horace Lamb, Henry Taylor, and Ludwig Wittgenstein are buried as well.

The inscription of the gravestone is hard to read and can't be recognized on the picture above. Hence it is given here explicitely:

One should mention that Mary Agnes Ramsey was the wife of Arthur Stanley Ramsey and the mother of Frank Plumpton Ramsey.
