Das Grabmal von Carl Ludwig Siegel befindet sich - wie auch die Grabstätten der Mathematiker David Hilbert und Werner Schmeidler - auf dem Stadtfriedhof in der Kasseler Landstraße und dort etwa auf der Mitte des Südufers des Teichs. Der Grabstein ist naturbelassen und zeigt lediglich den Namen sowie die Jahreszahlen 1896 (Geburtsjahr) und 1981 (Todesjahr).

The grave of Carl Ludwig Siegel can be found on the municipal cemetery in the street named Kasseler Landstraße in the western part of Göttingen. It is located almost in the middle of the southern lakeside. The mathematicians David Hilbert and Werner Schmeidler are also buried on the same cemetery.

The raw grave-stone shows only the name and the numbers 1896 (year of birth) and 1981 (year of death).
